Farmer's Milk Opens at The Hub at Lexington Oaks

WESLEY CHAPEL / PASCO COUNTY, FL — The last empty storefront at The Hub at Lexington Oaks has finally found its tenant, and it's bringing an all-day breakfast menu with a distinctly Ukrainian twist to Wesley Chapel.
Farmer's Milk officially opened its doors Monday, Aug. 17, at 27049 Halter Loop, rounding out the retail center's lineup after months of anticipation. The café is open daily from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
What's on the Menu
Farmer's Milk is more than a coffee-and-pastry stop. The all-day menu covers breakfast, sandwiches, salads, entrées, baked goods and desserts, giving guests a reason to stop in well beyond the traditional early-morning hours.
The standout dish worth knowing about before your first visit: syrniki, a traditional Ukrainian cheese pancake made from farmer's cheese and served as one of the restaurant's signature offerings. For coffee lovers, the menu also includes a full range of espresso-based drinks, making Farmer's Milk just as easy a stop for an afternoon coffee and dessert as it is for a morning breakfast run.
A Long Time Coming
Plans for Farmer's Milk first surfaced back in March, when plan review documents filed by Gastro Family RR Company revealed a restaurant project headed for the still-under-construction Hub at Lexington Oaks. At the time, a company representative confirmed the opening was in the works but declined to share menu details, leaving the community guessing for months about exactly what "Farmer's Milk" would serve.
Why It Matters for Wesley Chapel
Farmer's Milk becomes the newest — and final — tenant to open at The Hub at Lexington Oaks, joining Headlines Barber Shop, La Creacion Bistro, The Clubhouse Golf Simulator, Pet Wants, Lexington Nail Lab and Bonchon. With the center now fully leased, it marks a completed chapter for one of Wesley Chapel's newer retail developments — and gives residents a distinctive, made-from-scratch breakfast and brunch option they didn't have before.
