Tampa Bay's Biggest Juneteenth Festival Is This Saturday at Raymond James Stadium — And It's Completely Free

TAMPA, FL — One of the most anticipated cultural celebrations in the entire Tampa Bay area is back and bigger than ever. The 6th Annual R.O.C. The Block Juneteenth Festival takes over the grounds outside Raymond James Stadium this Saturday, June 21, from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM — and admission is completely free.

Dubbed "Tampa Bay's Best Family Reunion," this sprawling outdoor festival has become the signature Juneteenth celebration for the region, drawing thousands of families, food lovers, music fans, and community members to one of Tampa's most iconic venues for a full day of culture, entertainment, and connection.

What's Happening All Day

  • Dozens of the area's best food trucks and chefs serving throughout the day

  • A massive local market featuring makers, artists, and vendors from across the region

  • Live music on the main stage all afternoon and into the night — local stars and national acts

  • A gigantic kids zone with inflatables, games, and interactive activities

  • Dancing, interactive arts, and community programming from start to finish

The Story Behind R.O.C. The Block

The festival is hosted by R.O.C. The Block — a Tampa-based group of young multi-industry creatives whose name stands for "Reconditioning Our Communities." The organization got its start in 2021 when the Tampa Bay Buccaneers hosted the Super Bowl, forming to create events that spotlighted Black-owned businesses alongside the national fanfare. Since then they've been throwing some of Tampa's most celebrated community events year-round — and this year's Juneteenth Festival is their biggest production yet.

How to Attend

The event is free but registration is required in advance — grab your free tickets before they're gone at roctheblockinc.com. The festival is the capstone event of a full week of Juneteenth programming across Tampa, including workshops, youth events, and more leading up to Saturday's celebration.

Getting There from Wesley Chapel

Raymond James Stadium is about 40 minutes from Wesley Chapel via I-275 South. Rideshare is strongly recommended — stadium parking fills up fast for events this size. Plan to arrive closer to the 3:00 PM start to get the full experience.
