WESLEY CHAPEL, FL — Wesley Chapel is getting a self-pour tap room and an artisan ice cream shop under one roof — and it's going to be one of the more unique stops at The Hub at Lexington. Brew Bar Self Pour, the popular self-serve tap room already operating at KRATE at The Grove, is confirmed at The Hub — and it's now official that Brew Bar and Urban Crunch Creamery will share the same space as a combined concept.
Both brands are owned by the same family. Urban Crunch already has a location at The Hub at Bexley, making the Lexington location a natural expansion that brings both concepts together under one roof for the first time.
How Brew Bar Works
Brew Bar lets customers pour their own beer, wine, and frozen drinks like daiquiris by the ounce using self-serve tap technology — no waiting, no committing to a full pour of something you haven't tried. Pick your glass, tap your card, pour what you want. The format has built a strong following at KRATE and fits naturally into The Hub's social, walk-around atmosphere.
Add Ice Cream to the Mix
Urban Crunch Creamery brings creative ice cream and frozen dessert options alongside the tap room, making the combined space work for families stopping in after dinner and groups that are there for the beer. It's a concept pairing that covers all ages and all occasions — which is exactly the kind of versatility The Hub at Lexington is being built around.
Current Status
Both concepts are in fit-out at The Hub as of mid-July 2026, with opening expected in the back half of 2026.
