Wesley Chapel is getting a new dessert destination this spring. Cinnaholic, the build-your-own cinnamon roll concept known for its fully customizable menu, is set to open a location at The Hub at Lexington Oaks — brought to the community by the same ownership team behind Cinnaholic South Tampa.
A New Spot for Customizable Cinnamon Rolls
Cinnaholic specializes in oversized, freshly made cinnamon rolls that guests can personalize with a wide selection of frostings and toppings. Every item on the menu is dairy-free, egg-free, and lactose-free, making it an accessible option for guests with dietary restrictions without sacrificing flavor or variety.
Beyond cinnamon rolls, the Wesley Chapel location will also offer brownies, cookies, edible cookie dough, and catering services for private events and gatherings.

Cinnaholic Wesley Chapel will be located at 27073 Halter Loop inside The Hub at Lexington Oaks, a retail and dining center in the Lexington Oaks community in Wesley Chapel. The Hub has become a growing destination for locally oriented food and service businesses along the Wesley Chapel corridor.
