Hyatt Place Tampa/Wesley Chapel is bringing back one of the area's most anticipated holiday dining events. The hotel's 3rd Annual Mother's Day Buffet is set for Saturday, May 10th from 11 a.m. to 1:45 p.m., offering families a full sit-down celebration complete with live music, a festive buffet spread, and a full cash bar.
Event Details
The buffet takes place at Hyatt Place Tampa/Wesley Chapel, located at 26000 Sierra Center Blvd in Lutz, FL 33559 — just minutes from Wesley Chapel and the surrounding communities of Seven Oaks, Wiregrass Ranch, and Meadow Pointe.
Non-alcoholic beverages are included with admission. A full cash bar is available for guests 21 and older. Children under 3 years old are admitted free. Tables of six or more will have an 18% gratuity added, and all prices listed exclude taxes and gratuity.

What's on the Menu
The buffet features an extensive spread across multiple courses:
Starters: Pickled deviled eggs, shrimp cocktail, individual artisan charcuterie, fresh fruit parfait, house-made quiche, peach and burrata salad, truffle Caesar salad, Asian crunch salad, and gumbo soup.
Sides: Yukon gold mashed potatoes, spiced carrots, crispy honey truffle Brussels sprouts, smoked paprika crispy potatoes, and fried green tomatoes.
Carving Station: Bourbon peach glazed pork loin and herb crusted prime rib.
Mains: Hot honey fried chicken, blackened snapper, coffee rubbed steak, stuffed French toast, shrimp and grits, crab cake eggs Benedict, and candied bacon.
Desserts: Bread pudding with praline rum sauce, peach cobbler, and assorted dessert cakes.
