WESLEY CHAPEL, FL — If you're a regular at La Creacion Express at KRATE at The Grove, here's your preview of what's coming next. La Creacion Bistro is confirmed at The Hub at Lexington — and developer Courtney Bissett-Hayes has been clear that this won't just be more of the same.

The Hub location will serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner on a completely different menu than the KRATE container concept — giving loyal fans of La Creacion a new reason to visit, not just a bigger version of what they already know. A state beverage license was issued for the location in March 2026, confirming that a full cocktail program is also part of the plan.

What Makes It Different 

The KRATE Express version of La Creacion is a fast-casual counter-service concept built for the open-air container park environment. The Bistro at The Hub is a full sit-down restaurant with table service, a broader menu spanning breakfast through dinner, and a proper cocktail program — a genuine step up in both format and ambition. If the Express is where you grab a quick lunch, the Bistro is where you go for a real night out.
