La Creación Bistro Is Now Open at The Hub at Lexington — The Center's First Restaurant to Debut

WESLEY CHAPEL, FL — Fans of KRATE at The Grove's popular La Creación Express now have a sit-down sister restaurant to visit. La Creación Bistro has officially opened at The Hub at Lexington — becoming the first full restaurant to open its doors at the new development.

A Different Menu Entirely

According to developer Courtney Bissett-Hayes, the Hub location serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner with a completely different menu than what's offered at the KRATE container park — giving regulars a reason to visit both.

What to Expect 

Early reviews point to a strong brunch focus and a more intimate, cozy-but-modern atmosphere suited for both a casual lunch and a relaxed dinner. Standouts mentioned so far include fish tacos, beef skewers, cilantro rice, grilled steak sandwiches with chimichurri, and the Mi Isla French Toast topped with guava reduction. Desserts like the Piña Colada Cheesecake have also picked up early buzz.

Cocktails, Too 

A state beverage license was issued for the location in March 2026, and a full cocktail bar is expected to be added as operations continue ramping up.
