WESLEY CHAPEL, FL — The countdown is officially over for at least one corner of The Hub at Lexington. Lexington Nail Lab has opened its doors at 27105 Halter Loop, becoming one of the first businesses up and running at the $24 million mixed-use development taking shape at Wesley Chapel Boulevard and Lexington Oaks Boulevard.
What to Know
Lexington Nail Lab brings over 11 years of experience in the nail care business to its new Hub location, offering manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylic enhancements, dip powder, and custom nail art. The salon sits right next door to Bonchon Korean Fried Chicken, which just became the sixth tenant to open at The Hub on May 20 — meaning this stretch of the center is quickly starting to feel like an actual functioning destination rather than a construction zone.
Not the Only One Open
Lexington Nail Lab is part of an early wave of tenants already serving customers at The Hub, joining Headlines Barber Shop, La Creacion Bistro, The Clubhouse golf simulator, Pet Wants, and now Bonchon. With nine more restaurant and retail concepts — including Saigon Pho, Cinnaholic, Hummus Republic, and The Monk's — still in the pipeline, the center developed by siblings Courtney Bissett-Hayes and Paul Bissett of Center Connect Development is filling in fast.
Why It's Worth Knowing
While Wesley Chapel Boulevard waits on its restaurant and entertainment lineup to fully come online, Lexington Nail Lab gives area residents a polished, service-based reason to stop by The Hub right now — no waiting required.
