A new dining concept has officially begun welcoming guests in Wesley Chapel, as the first restaurant at The Hub at Lexington Oaks has entered its soft opening phase.

First Restaurant Opens at The Hub at Lexington Oaks

The newly launched restaurant, La Creación Bistro, is now serving guests on a limited soft opening basis. The concept focuses on elevated casual dining with an emphasis on brunch-style dishes, dinner service, and a relaxed dining experience centered around fresh ingredients.

This opening marks an early milestone for The Hub at Lexington Oaks, a developing commercial and dining destination in the Wesley Chapel area.

Menu Highlights and Early Guest Experience

During the soft opening period, the restaurant is introducing a preview of its menu, which includes a mix of Latin-inspired and contemporary dishes.

Early items featured include fish tacos, beef skewers, and cilantro rice. Additional standout menu options expected to be part of the full launch include specialty brunch dishes such as French toast with tropical fruit flavors, a steak sandwich with chimichurri, and a coconut-pineapple inspired cheesecake dessert.

The concept also includes a full bar program; however, alcohol service is not yet active during the soft opening phase and is expected to be introduced at a later stage.

Background and Ownership

The new bistro is operated by the same ownership group behind La Creación Bakery, a well-known bakery brand in the Tampa Bay region with an established following for its Latin-inspired desserts and baked goods.

This expansion represents a move from bakery-focused offerings into a full-service restaurant concept within the Wesley Chapel area.

Location Details

The restaurant is located at 27073 Halter Loop, Wesley Chapel, FL

The location is part of The Hub at Lexington Oaks development, an emerging dining and retail space designed to serve nearby residential communities in the northern Wesley Chapel area.

What This Means for Wesley Chapel Dining

The arrival of this new restaurant adds another locally owned dining option to Wesley Chapel’s expanding food scene, particularly in the Lexington Oaks area, which has seen increased commercial development in recent years.

As the restaurant continues its soft opening phase, additional menu items and full service offerings are expected to roll out in the coming weeks.
