PAIGE Opens First Florida Store at Hyde Park Village in Tampa

Tampa's Hyde Park Village has added a significant name to its retail lineup. International fashion brand PAIGE has opened its first Florida location at the historic South Tampa shopping destination, marking a notable milestone for both the brand and the local retail scene.
A First for Florida
Located at 1517 W. Swann Ave., the PAIGE store celebrated its grand opening on April 25th, 2026, becoming the newest addition to the Hyde Park Village shopping and dining scene.
While the brand is sold in more than 80 countries across 1,000-plus stores worldwide, Tampa joins an exclusive group of cities where PAIGE operates its own flagship storefront — alongside London, New York, and Macau.
About the Brand
Founded in 2004, PAIGE is an international apparel brand for men and women offering curated collections made with premium materials sourced globally. The brand is perhaps most widely recognized for its denim, though its full range extends well beyond that. The Tampa store carries a full lifestyle collection that includes denim, leather, outerwear, silks, knits, footwear, accessories, and swimwear.
The Space
The 1,800 square-foot space was designed by PAIGE Co-Founder and Creative Director Paige Adams-Geller alongside her creative team, drawing inspiration from Tampa's coastal character through a refined mid-century modern aesthetic.

Adams-Geller noted that the Tampa opening represents an exciting next chapter for the brand, calling Hyde Park Village the right setting for its Florida debut. Hyde Park Village General Manager Susan Martin echoed the sentiment, describing PAIGE as a brand that brings "playful confidence" that complements the neighborhood's distinct personality.
Store Hours
PAIGE Hyde Park Village is open Monday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Sunday from 12 p.m. to 5 p.m.
For Wesley Chapel shoppers who make regular trips into Tampa, Hyde Park Village is accessible via I-275 South and sits near the intersection of South Howard Avenue and West Swann Avenue in South Tampa.
