Pet Wants Wesley Chapel Is Now Open at The Hub at Lexington — Locally Owned and Built Around Freshness

WESLEY CHAPEL, FL — Pet Wants, a nationally franchised pet food and grooming brand, has officially opened its Wesley Chapel location inside The Hub at Lexington. The 1,091-square-foot shop is a locally owned franchise unit, run by Pasco County resident Nickole Davis, who previously owned All Good Things Gifts at the KRATEs.

The Pitch

Pet Wants' whole model centers on freshness — small-batch pet food made with premium proteins and no fillers, available either delivered direct or sold in-store, alongside grooming services, a Paw Spa, and a Dog Café.

A Local Story

Because the franchise is locally owned, Pet Wants Wesley Chapel is exactly the kind of small-business story The Hub at Lexington was designed to support, according to the center's developers.

Timeline

The location had originally been projected for a spring 2026 opening and is now confirmed open, joining five other tenants — Headlines Barber Shop, La Creacion Bistro, The Clubhouse, Lexington Nail Lab, and Bonchon Korean Fried Chicken — currently serving customers at The Hub.
