WESLEY CHAPEL, FL — The KISS-themed Rock & Brews that anchored the corner in front of Tampa Premium Outlets for years is gone, and what's taking its place is one of the most requested restaurant names in the Chicago diaspora. Portillo's is coming to 26000 State Road 56 W — and the new building is going to be something special.
The site has been cleared and demolition of Rock & Brews is complete. Portillo's has confirmed the Wesley Chapel location and filed plans with Pasco County for a brand-new 6,250-square-foot Restaurant of the Future design — the company's newest and most efficient layout, built specifically around the way people eat in 2026.
