WESLEY CHAPEL, FL — If you've been watching the construction at Wesley Chapel Blvd. and Lexington Oaks Blvd., the wait is nearly over. The Hub at Lexington is putting the finishing touches on what could be the most interesting new dining and entertainment cluster to open in Wesley Chapel this year.
The $24 million development from Center Connect Development — the same team behind the popular Hub at Bexley — brings about 40,000 square feet of small-shop space to a busy residential corridor near I-75. A grand opening event is being planned, though a specific date hasn't been announced yet.
The Full Tenant Lineup
• Bonchon Korean Fried Chicken — upscale-casual dining room with ~70 indoor seats, outdoor patio, and a full bar with beer, sake, and Korean soju. First Korean pub concept in the area
• Brew Bar Self Pour — self-pour tap room with beer, wine, and frozen drinks by the ounce. Sister location already at KRATE at The Grove
• The Clubhouse Golf Simulator — next-level golf simulation experience
• Saigon Pho Wesley Chapel — Vietnamese fare including pho, grilled plates, and banh mi, from the team behind Banh Mi & Boba at The Hub at Bexley
• Farmer's Milk — Eastern European-style cafe and bakery with a sister location in Hollywood, FL
• Cinnaholic — vegan cinnamon roll bakery
• The Landing Bar and Grill — 4,528 sq ft, the largest tenant in the center, with a well-loved sister location in Valrico
• Headlines Barber Shop — local barbershop chain; now open
• Lexington Nail Lab — now open
• Pet Wants Wesley Chapel — pet nutrition and supply shop, spring 2026
What Makes This Different
The Hub concept is intentionally designed to feel like a neighborhood hangout, not a corporate plaza. Once fully open, expect live music on weekends, pop-up markets, and seasonal events — built around the community, not just the storefronts.
