The Landing, a $27 million private social club within the Two Rivers master-planned community, is currently under construction with a grand opening targeted for late 2026. The 23,000-square-foot facility is being developed by Eisenhower Property Group and will serve as a high-end lifestyle hub exclusively for residents of select Two Rivers neighborhoods — with a limited number of non-resident memberships also available.
What's Inside
• Eight pickleball courts and four Har-Tru tennis courts
• Two pools: a lap pool and a family pool with a water slide tower
• Full-service casual restaurant with a private dining room
• Fitness center with dedicated spin and yoga rooms
• Event lawn, kids' play area, and outdoor social spaces
• On-site lifestyle director, culinary team, and events manager
Membership Details

The Bigger Picture
Two Rivers is also planning an 18-hole golf course designed by renowned architect David McLay Kidd, targeted for completion in 2026. A village-style retail district called Hawthorn Village is in the conceptual planning stages, and a new Publix on SR-56 is also in the pipeline for the community. When fully built out, Two Rivers will include more than 6,500 homes, apartments, and villas.
